I recently purchased a 2019 5 series with factory CarPlay. I learned shortly afterwards that the display was limited to a 3/4 view in when CarPlay was active. I checked with BMW to see if they offered a software upgrade option for full screen. After some back-and-forth they said it wasnt an option on my year/model. I called a couple of speciality shops but they werent really interested or capable of assisting. I called Performance on Friday and spoke with Conner. After speaking with the other shops, I was pleasantly surprised that he knew exactly what I was needing done - and was eager to help. Conner was able to get me scheduled with their programer the following Monday. The software upgrade took less than 30 min and was right on target for the price that was quoted. Loving the full-screen CarPlay view and will be using Kennedy for ALL of my future service and upgrade needs!
