Very honest and trustworthy group. I've visited many shops like the dealer and several independents, and Kennedy is a straight shooter. They're thorough and have a keen eye for detail. My son found Kennedy online and he wanted to use this service center for the work on his M240. I took his vehicle and camped out at Kennedy for the afternoon (my ride to come and get me bailed). Eugene and Connor made me feel like family and at home. All of their staff were friendly, too. This is the right place if you need work on your BMW. I can’t stress how great the experience was with them. Straight shooters, honest and full of helpful knowledge related to your auto, and just anything. You can tell they take care of their employees and all their customers. Customer for life.

Went to Kennedy for vehicle check, brake noise. They were quick to get back to me the issues and recommended which areas to focus on first. I’m very happy with their professionalism, friendly crew, honesty, and charges for repairs were really good in my opinion.
