I like coming to Kennedy because they have good communication. I can call up the front desk and they are super friendly and answer any questions I can think of and offer their advice. Also, the system they use texts you with updates or you can use the chat on their site. They allow you to approve or decline any proposed work, with an estimate including taxes for everything you approve. I really like this because a lot of shops have bad communication and make you feel like you’re chasing them for updates, and other shops are often not upfront about work they’re doing or the cost. These guys also post your work on their social media and host events from time to time. My son won a beanie in a raffle and I won a free oil change last year. I’ve had them service my previous X3 M40i and my current X3M. They are also cheaper than the dealership. I’ve gotten my vehicles back from the dealership with broken plastics and tools left in my engine bay. Never had that issue here.
