Eugene gave me hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Honest, knowledgeable, and he provided me with step by step updates as well as pictures without me having to call and ask. He and this shop will be the only place that touches my car, and my father’s BMW as well. TOP NOTCH!

Eugene helped me on a Sunday, got my car in Monday and then proceeded to text and send photos every step of the way without me even asking for that and finished the car Monday for me! His customer service was the best, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need and all throughout he shared his knowledge with me which was nice to be able to learn something too!
